Our fruity apple thick juice is remarkable for its many possible uses. It only takes a small quantity to give dishes, including sweet-sour main courses, a mild and pleasant sweetness. This thick juice is ideal for baking as well as for sweetening mueslis, desserts, quark and yoghurt and drinks.
Voelkel Vollfrucht fruity sauce is at present available in sea-buckthorn flavour. It contains 60% valuable sea-buckthorn pulp as well as acerola cherry pulp and has exclusively been sweetened with agave thick juice. It is ideal for refining yoghurt, quark, rice pudding, drinks, ice cream and muesli – or as a spooned dessert.
