'Mother juice' is the high-quality direct juice from the first pressing with100% fruit content. It exclusively contains the fruit's own aromas and water, which the fruit has developed and stored during its ripening period. After the pressing of the choice fruits, the natural clouding agents are not removed or only to a slight extent. In this way, the cloudy juice retains its natural qualities. The term 'mother juice' is usually applied to NFC juices from fruit variants which are especially rich in acidity and, due to this high acidic content, very intense. It is normally not drunk pure but diluted with (mineral) water or mixed with apple juice.
We offer mother juices from, among others, the following fruits: acerola, sea buckthorn, pomegranate, aronia berries, lingon berries, cranberries, elderberries, blueberries and black currants.
