Our bio-Kombucha is a fermented natural product, which has been produced in accordance with a traditional Asian recipe. In this fermented soft drink, natural suspended solids may occur, which do, however, not affect the quality of the enzyme drink.
We produce naturally cloudy apple vinegars in Demeter and organic quality in the traditional way: First, carefully pressed juice from aromatic apples is fermented to apple wine. Next, the apple wine is turned into fine and spicy apple vinegar. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this is a valuable and highly appreciated natural product. Our apple vinegar is ideal for seasoning salads, for mixing drinks with mineral water and honey or for your daily natural body care.
