Vegetable Juice lactofermented
Only raw materials in Demeter quality are used for this lactofermented L (+) vegetable juice. The naturally aromatic red beet tubers, the aromatic carrots and the tasty celery are pressed gently and in a value-preserving way before we mix them with valuable lactic acid bacteria; and we completely do without the addition of salt.

In addition, we lay great store by fair trade and long-term personal business relations with our fruit and vegetable farmers. The energy for our production is derived from renewable energy sources, and we work completely without genetic engineering.
