Turmeric Juice from Peru
Curcuma plants thrive in the damp semi-shade climate of South-East Asia and South America. Eight to ten months after planting-out of the seedlings, curcuma can be harvested. Our curcuma juice is gained from the fresh rhizome (the rootstock) of the plant. The juice is ideal for making tea and for spicing soups, sauces, dips, and dressings.
